Cancellation Policy: To ensure the best experience possible, Delmarva Board Sport Adventures limits the number of participants per tour. For this reason, it is necessary for us to require 24 hours cancellation notice. This goes for all members of your party. In the event that you do not cancel within this time period, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation Policy Due to Inclement Weather: DBSA reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if they feel that the weather or conditions present an unsafe situation. Tours cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
We generally do not cancel tours in the event of light rain or drizzle. Any thunder, lightening or high winds and we immediately postpone the tour for the safety of our guests and tour guides. If rescheduling is not possible, then a rain check or full refund will be issued at the customer’s preference.
