Our services are weather dependent and while we wish we could control mother nature, we can't. Therefore, we have to have a weather policy so you don't have to worry about the weather. If your scheduled rental or excursion is impacted by weather before we begin, we will reschedule your session for another time and make every attempt to accomodate you so that you have a positive experience.  If we cancel ahead of time for any reason, weather or otherwise, there is no charge. If the trip is cut short less than ½ way through, because of weather, you will receive a rain check. If the trip is more than ½ way through, there will be no refunds or rainchecks. If during your rental or excursion, we feel that weather, tides or currents are creating an unsafe situation, we reserve the right to pull the plug and ask that you return safely to shore. We require kids 16 and under to wear life vests. On Assateague Island National Park, ALL participants must where a PFD. We offer life vests to all clients. Refunds/Exchanges are processed on a case by case basis.  Our goal is to make our customers happy.  We will do everything possible we can to make sure you love your experience and products. We ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation to provide you with a full refund. With less than 24 hours cancellationnotice, we will provide a 50% refund. We rely on our customers to keep their scheduled date and time as this is our means of making a living. We promise to keep our appointments with you and we ask that you keep your appointments with us. If you give us 36 hours cancellation notice, this allow us to fill your time slot with someone else. Please give us a cell phone contact phone number so we can call you the morning of or the night before your SUP excursion with any last minute changes or cancellations because of the weather or any other reason. Minimum age for excursion participation is 8 years old (unless a parent feels their child is able to keep up with the group). All participants must sign our waiver and provide an emergency contact number.
