At Delmarva Board Sports, our goal is to provide you with unparaled customer service.  If you're not happy, we're not happy. 

Cancellation Policy - Watersports
We require 24 hours cancellation notice. This goes for all members of your party. In the event that you do not cancel within this time period, you will not receive a refund. 
Cancellation Policy Due to Inclement Weather:  DBSA reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if we feel that the weather or conditions present an unsafe situation. Tours cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled as soon as possible.  We generally do not cancel tours in the event of light rain or drizzle.  Any thunder, lightening or high winds and we immediately postpone the tour for the safety of our guests and tour guides.  We also pull paddlers off the water if our LIghtening APPs indicate lightening is within a 30 mile radius.  If rescheduling is not possible, then a rain check or full refund will be issued at the customer’s preference.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer local delivery on Delmarva and drop shipping from our participating vendors directly to you.  It's best for us to ship to a business address.  This saves money over a residential address and provides a proof of delivery signature.  Paddle boards on average cost about $125-$150 per board to ship. 

Privacy & Security
We do like to collect your email address so we can keep in touch.  We promise not to share your info with anyone.  Scout's honor.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements
Exchanges can be processed so long as you have not used your board and it's been kept in a board bag.  Beyond that, each vendor has a warranty relating to manufacturer defects.  We can not process refunds on special orders.  We do not reimburse shipping charges; nor do we cover shipping charges for returns.  We try super hard to help you select the right product to minimize returns.  Refunds are allowed within 14 days with original receipt and only if the product is unopened, in it's original packaging so we can resell it. 

Rental /  Demo Credit
100% of your rental or demo fee up to $50 per board is applicable towards the purchase of a NEW board with in 7 days. 

Ordering
If we are to order a board for you that we do not have in stock, we do ask for for 50% down at the time we place the order with our vendor.  The remaining 50% can be paid upon delivery/pickup.  We do offer a simple layaway program.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept MC, Visa, Discover, Cash, Checks and American Express.  In some cases we charge a 3% fee for credit card use.  We do not allow prior purchases to be included in a future promotion.
